The villa is on three levels, kitchen, wc, living-room are on the ground level the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor and there is a roof terrace on the second floor.
Living Room | In the living room there are two sofas a three seater and a two seater, individual coffee tables, an open fire chimney, a TV with international channels ,and a dvd player. The living room faces the terrace and the swimming pool.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms | Master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, en suite bathroom. From the master bedroom enjoy the direct seaview while laying in the bed.The second bedroom has 2 single beds, separate bathroom, fitted wardrobe. The main bathroom has a large bath, wc, bidet. The en suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a shower, wc, bidet.
Kitchen | The kitchen eqipment includes cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and wahing machine.
Outside Space | There are two terraces at the front and back of the property, both with tables and chairs and there is a barbecue in the back terrace. There are two communal swimming pools one small one for children, and well mantained communal gardens.
Airports | The nearest airports are Malaga and Gibraltar which are both a 40 mins drive away
Changeover Day | Arrival days are Saturday after 3pm and departures are to take place on Saturday before 12 noon.
Booking Notes | To book the villa we require a 30% via bank transfer and the balance to be paid on arrival to the villa. A security deposit of 300 euros is required to cover the cost of any damages or loss of keys.
