You can walk directly to the beach over a bridge/walkway (10 minute walk) or alternately, take a car or taxi, which is a 5 minute drive. Best family beach is located at San Pedro - 10 minutes drive away. |
| Golf | The apartment is in the Marbella district of Nueva Andalucia, which is also known as ‘Golf Valley’ and features upwards of 20 international standard golf courses within easy reach. | Changeover Day | Arrival days are flexible as are arrival times. However prior agreement and arrangment need to be confirmed. Generally arrivals after 3pm and departures before 12 noon. |
| Booking Notes | To reserve apartment we require a 30% deposit payable via bank transfer or by credit card. The remaining full balance to be paid prior to arrival. A security deposit of 200 Euros is required to cover the cost of any damages or loss of keys. |
